New Customers

1. The first step in submitting a sample is taking an accurate and representative sample. The analysis will only be as good as the sample so following these instructions will help you take the best sample
2. Complete a New Account application – so we can set up an account, send results to you, and invoice you.
3. Complete a sample submission by one of the three methods:
   • Paper – download the form here, fill it out completely to avoid delays in processing.

FAQs

I don’t have my results yet.

How long has it been? NIR 1 and Plus Options should take 24 hours. Most other wet chemistry should take 3-5 business days. If you feel it has been longer than you had expected please contact us and we will be happy to help.

How much forage sample should I send in?

For best results, we recommend sending 1 liter by volume. Please follow the sampling instructions here.

Can I add an additional test to my previously tested sample?

Yes, you can add on additional tests as long as we still have a retained sample available. Please phone or email additional requests.

Do I need to ship samples on ice?

Samples that are ensiled properly and are in an airtight Ziploc bag with all air squeezed out do not need to be shipped on ice.
