1. The first step in submitting a sample is taking an accurate and representative sample. The analysis will only be as good as the sample so following these instructions will help you take the best sample
2. Complete a New Account application – so we can set up an account, send results to you, and invoice you.
3. Complete a sample submission by one of the two methods:
   1. Paper – download the form here, fill it out completely to avoid delays in processing
   2. Online submission – instructions here
